Right now, according to the <A HREF="opencrs.com/rpts/RL34175_20070917.pdf" REL="nofollow">OECD</A>, the average American pays nearly twice as much for health care than the average Canadian. I would be more than happy to take my (and my employer's) existing contribution into our failed system, split it between my family and another family that currently can't afford health care, as I'm sure any ethical person would.
